Rhoers are young girls 12-18, and are organized on a local, regional, and national level. With several collaborative partnerships with the town of Cary Police Department and their Project Phoenix campaign, to the Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC), to several area elementary to high schools, TLS has adopted and sponsored countless children to provide shoes and other school essentials for our Soles for Little Souls and Operation Big Book Bag initiatives, along with issuing numerous scholarships to help reduce the drowning rate of African American swimmers with our Swim1922 campaign.
